2017 FULL & HALF Internship Positions Available!
We are looking for self motivated, dependable individuals who want to gain a broad knowledge and skill set on an organic vegetable farm. Interns will assist with all aspects of vegetable production. This includes, but is not limited to planting, pest control, weeding, harvesting, washing, packing, and quality control.
FULL INTERNSHIP Weekly hours will be 40 hours per week over the course of the season, mid-April through October.
HALF INTERNSHIP Weekly hours will be 20 hours per week over the course of the season, mid-April through October.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in sustainable food production. We are small enough that you can get involved with all aspects of farm to table, but large enough to be mechanized beyond just a hoe. This experience on your resume will set you apart. We will provide interns with a stipend and of course, veggies.
We are seeking individuals that are hard working and are willing to commit for the entire growing season. Previous vegetable production experience is not necessary.
